syntax highlighting in php and OpenMP Fortran90

Dear nedit user,

I'm looking for a nice syntax highlighting for php.
Does one of you has one?

I'm also trying to apply a special highlight to the openmp part if 
Fortran90 code but it seems to me that there is conflict between the 
comments string "! ..."  and openmp string "!$omp ...."
How do you deal with that?
