Reg : Menu options change

Hi ,

Have a question.

How do we define any options appearing below the menu options in a
particular order ?.

Eg : Under SHell menu the options should be  like  1) print one
                                                                          2)
print two
                                                                          3)
print three
                                                                          4)
print four

whereas  the actual order is something different than the above one.This
order should be available to all the user who login to  the Solaris server
using the Sun secure global desktop and use the Nedit .

I could see that we could customize the order using preferences and
customize menus but it reflects only in my login but not for others who
login to the same server , i would like to have/change to   a particular
order under a menu available for all the users who logon to the server.

Please let me know the possible ways of doing this  as it would a great help
to me.
