NEdit macro callips

Do you honestly want to discuss the validity of five different
versions of a simple text file?

I'm sure that every one of you has reasons to prefer a modified
version, but couldn't you merge these reasons and your versions?

This is only an announcement, true. Ironically, if I understand Bert
right, he wants to create the calltips from help.etx, so these are
conceptually the best solution.
