auto-indent in fortran mode: nedit vs xemacs

The right default short-cut for this is Shift+Ctrl+0.

Yes, key-bindings can be changed.  I vaguely remember to have seen the
Tab key rebound to 'Shift Right' - the name for the feature you're
looking for in NEdit, cf. the Edit menu.
