This has nothing to do with what I posted.  It's a mistake in the
original unchanged macro package still hosted on niki.

If anything, this error could possibly came from the transition to
MediaWiki.  Anyway, the macros for saving and loading files don't
work, since the called filename_dialog() (which back then was
available as patch) changed for CVS version.  I'll remove the wrong
"Shift+" accelerator.
