Future of NEdit?

Scintilla was very slow for me also until I switched to a monospaced
font. After that, it was *much* faster.

Of course, to this day I've never seen an editor that's faster than
NEdit, which is one of the things I love about it.

Anyway, try out the following config with SciTE and see if the speed is
acceptable:
