Garbage while scrolling

I've discovered a wonderful new bug. Whenever I scroll a nedit window I get
garbage. Actually, its just a repetition of the first few lines that were
visible when I started the scroll. This only happens when scrolling up.
Scrolling down (eventually) restores the window to its proper state. Scrolling
with either the mouse wheel or the arrow keys produces the problem. Using Page
Up and Page Down keys works just fine. This appears to only be a display problem
as saving while in the garbage-state doesn't corrupt the file.
This all started happening after upgrading the nvidia drivers to 100.14.19. At
first I thought it was a failing video card, but I'm now seeing it on more than
one machine. I'll try upgrading to 169.07 once it hits the FreeBSD ports tree.
I'm running FreeBSD 6.2, Xorg 7.3, Enlightenment, and version 100.14.19 of the
nVidia drivers on a GeForce 7300.
Anyone seen this problem?
