Functional vs. Decoration Styles (was: C99 highlighting)

True, the still greater problem arises when the two paradigm are
mixed. As it is, NEdit uses functional styles; this has advantages as
pointed out by your comment in Niki:
>The new coloring is designed for the #e0d5be background color.
