So you say (not as a suggestion, just as a talk point),
- we should switch from Motif to WxWidgets in the long run
- by adding wxWidgets and, little by little, replace anything Xt/Motif
with a wx equivalent.
I don't quite understand what you mean by rehosting. You don't have to
commit to a particular platform, do you? That's the point, isn't it?

We might as well switch to wxRuby while we are at it. That would make
things really simple.
