We should really make the 5.6 release first and fast as a maintenance
only release. After that we can discuss what features should merged.
Unfortunately there are so many features that I fear that it may take
too long to get the next release out. The other way would be to make
releases more often with only a handful of new features (say one macro
language feature release, than a macro release, ...). The downside
with this is, that NEdit users maybe overwhelmed with our release
cycle speed ;-)
