This summarizes in one sentence why I couldn't agree to the argument
that any feature addition would make it only more difficult to add
UTF-8 or to do necessary internal re-writes.  Even if this is true,
wether someone tries to implement say UTF-8 is a balance between
effort required and motivation to do it.  Wy should one be motivated
to take a smaller effort, if it isn't worth it, because nedit doesn't
do many things you need anyway, versus, it is more effort but UTF-8 is
the only thing you miss?
