Dialog boxes and Compiz-Fusion

I have found a workaround: defining MinWidth and MinHeight in .Xdefaults
nedit*MinWidth:                200
nedit*MinHeight:            100

I don't know if it can be more precisely adjusted but at now it works 
and don't seem to alter any other window.
