More Customizable Menus

Hi,

I have a patch (didn't create a diff file, yet - it needs some cleaning first)
that allows to hide macro menu items, to add separators, and to add prefix
text to the shortcuts. Here are some screenshots, so you get the idea:

and here is how the macro menu looks like

The idea is (of course ;-) to make the File, Edit and Search menus
customizable - I always thought my Save All files macro should go to
the File menu like

"Save [All] [Shift]Ctrl+S"

Moreover, I have better fill_paragraph and lower/uppercase functions.
Anyway, you could customize these menus to your wishes, and have
separators for the Shell, Macro and Background menus.

Now, while I'm about to add these menus, I see that there are a couple
of entries I can't do with macros. There are the File->Open Previous
and Unload tags/tips file and the Search->Mark/Goto Mark things, also
Ctrl+i opens the inceremental search bar. There seems also to be some
special SHORT/FULL options for SGI, which I can't test.

Any suggestion of how to restructure these menus? Is there interest
in this patch? I'll use it for myself, but of course I'll share it,
too.

Cheers,
Jörg
