Would http://nedit.hackvalue.nl/niki/index.php/Special:Upload work for
this purpose? I have not uploaded a file there myself, so I am not
certain what file types are supported. If that doesn't work, I'd be
glad to host it temporarily (as I did briefly with the binaries for
http://anoved.net/nedit.html).
