(0,0) placement of new windows - sometimes

It doesn't fix the problem. The program-specified-location=0,0 is gone, but
the window is still sometimes placed at (0,0). Maybe there is something going
on before I have a chance to check with xprop.
So basically: no change in behaviour. I compiled with Makefile.linux-static
using openmotif-libs-32bit-2.2.4-21 / openmotif-devel-32bit-2.2.4-21
For what it's worth, the problem also occurs with nedit-5.1.1. I don't about
any earlier versions because those are a.out format, and my current systems
do not support that anymore.
