now you need to run 'make docs' first and than e.g. 'make linux'

   Hi,
   Everything works fine (I always did the opposite ("make linux" then
   "make docs")).
   I can highlight my "begin end" patterns.
   I'll use your bash description in mp.styles and I'll adapt it to tcsh.
