The dependencies for libXm have changed with newer versions.
Makefile.linux-static has not been updated to allow for this. It could
have had the extra libs which you found you need added, but then might
not link on other people's systems.

The current libs are correct for OpenMotif 2.1.30, which is still the
version the "standard" build uses.
