sticky tooltip of tab handle

Hello there,


using NEdit 5.5 (Aug 29, 2006), I've noticed that under some
circumstances (*), the tooltip that appears over a tab handle (opening
files within tabs in the same window) can become sticky. The only way
to get rid of suck sticky tooltip is to hover the mouse over the tab
once again to re-get the tooltip, then make sure that you move your
mouse away within few seconds.

Is that a known (and fixed) issue? What else?

(*): if mouse stays a long time over a tab handle, longer means more
time than the delay to show the tooltip and to hide it.
