Changing key bindings in Mac OS X

This does not look like a valid key string to me. Which one do you
want, Shift+Ctrl or just Ctrl? Do you want to toggle or use one
combination to switch overstrike on, the other to switch it off?

Weird, it should be 'Shift Ctrl+-' with the lines given above.
