I disagree. Cut, Copy and Paste have other related editing ARs that
don't have corresponding menu items. So grouping them together in the
"other" section makes sense. upper/lower-case do not.
You could make the case for detailing all ARs as one large flat list,
but I gather you don't like that. Would it help if you just had a
section for ARs that correspond directly to menu commands and another
for all the rest?
