Yes, there are a few more things that we need to get in place before we
can make the switch. The situation at this moment is:
* the website is also available from the new server (test available at
http://nedit.hackvalue.nl/, the 'RSS not found' message is due to the
old Niki not being available any more)
* Niki is up and running in the form fo a Mediawiki (test available at
http://nedit.hackvalue.nl/niki/, thanks to Joerg for donating elbow
grease)
* the FTP repository will migrate to a space provided by NLUUG
(http://www.nluug.nl/), but for that to happen we need a different way
of maintaining it's contents, since we get no write access to the FTP
server. Ideally the whole repo goes into CVS/SVN at Sourceforge, and
then we (at Loco) will make sure the data goes onto the FTP server, and
stays synchronised.
* the mailing lists will be migrated to the new server right before we
set DNS to point to the new server. That move should be completely
transparent (famous last words).
