Unfortunately yes. We're experiencing massive wiki spam runs on Niki
(several times a day), to a point where they have the effect of a DoS
attack on the server that nedit.org is hosted on. For the moment we've
taken the step of taking Niki offline again.

At the moment we're in the process of setting up a new home for NEdit,
on another server, together with a new setup for Niki, this time using
MediaWiki in stead of phpWiki. In the mean time we're evaluating our
options of preventing the attacks on the current Niki, so that we can
make it available again.
