I went ahead and ran my copy of NEdit with your nedit.rc file, since I
am running the same version as you are. I did note that your version of
NEdit did not have the (UNTESTED) tag to its version, since you are
running a tested version of Motif, and I am running 2.3.0 or something
like that.
Now, CTRL + HOME worked fine for me as it would have, but I went ahead
and tested your CTRL + E macro, and I noticed that I received a "beep"
as well, which seems to indicate that either some other program is
taking control, or that something else is at play. I was disturbed by
the strange characters I found in the Macro menu, which were just the
"unknown character" boxes after a close curly bracket, which may
indicate a slight bug has been introduced into your rc file. I am not
sure though. I would continue to play with this. I don't know if I am
going to be able to debug it much further than that. :-P
