Do you use anything else, like custom keymappings or any other program
on your computer that might globally grab that keystroke for another
use? Mac "Services" come to mind here, as well as Universal Access or
other such things.

No snapshot that I can see, but I think it would be interesting to get
your findings, if you ever figure out a pattern. You might have to send
any attachments to me directly, instead of using the list.
