Is there an NEdit binary available for a Mac running OS X 10.4 (Tiger)?

I saw a few Mac postings here, but nothing that seemed to clearly answer
the question.  Note that I do have X11 installed so I have the standard
X utilities -- and have used NEdit for years (since version 4.0).
