I must say the reason I don't use the cursor line is because of the solid
background it overlays on what's already there. This has been mentioned
before (I forget by whom). The idea is very useful though; I suppose I'll
need to hunt around for a "better" way (at least for me;) of doing this.
My thoughts are veering to a "add x% brightness" (if we've got a true-color
screen).
