Rather than changing the background colour of the cusrorline is it
possible to underline that line of text?
Firstly I find the cursor is hard to find in the line.
Secondly, when the line background colour has been set by a colouring
pattern the result is predictable but not necessarily helpful. e.g.
/* a short comment */
will be coloured by the style "comment" but the rest of the line (from
the trailing slash to the text width) will be coloured by the cursorline
/* a comment which extends the entire width of the window */
will be entirely coloured by "comment" and you won't have any cursoline
highlighting at all.
