This is not about the cursorline patch, but about my Patch Collection,
which includes the cursorline change and your backup file change (and
some more things). However, online diffs do not support new files, so
backup.[ch] are just provided along the diffs.

I never touched backup.[ch], and I can't remember any problems apart
from a forgotten backup.[ch]. Your patch works fine for me as part of
the Collection, but please let me know of any problems you see.
