Hm, not a bad idea.  But, we still have the (existing) problem that a 
file name isn't a good name for the window itself.

I'd rather see something more like:

Move tab to:
   foo.c bar.c xyz.c [3 files]
   otherfile.h gumbo.h [42 files]

Seems a bit easier to scan.  Extra points for putting it in the same 
order as the tabs themselves are.

When I move a tab I have to think a bit whether the window I want has 
the right file name.  Which is why I think any effort should be put into 
dragging them.
