The folks you're talking to on this list are no different from
yourself. If you like such a repository, the best way to have it is
just to go ahead and do it yourself. I guess this can be done using
a public service like sourceforge or servers of your own or you
could get in touch with Joor who hosts nedit.org (on his servers).
