UTF-8 support not on the road map?

But it's not really a roadmap as long as it's not actually used to

We could start using it, but then we need to update it in accordance
with actual priorities.
For instance, if there is agreement that we need a code cleanup before adding
new features, then of course that should move to the top of the list.
And developers need to actually spend their NEdit time on the top priority tasks
