removing from list server

Under the final heading, "Discuss Subscribers", this contains all the
administrative actions that can be performed by admins and/or
Subscribers to the Discuss mailing list. The parenthetical note you read
there means that the list of addresses of people subscribed to this list
is only available to admininstrators of the list.

In the final field, right above it, you will see the following text:

    To unsubscribe from Discuss, get a password reminder, or change your
    subscription options enter your subscription email address….
    
If you read that, you will see that you are able to 

    A) Unsubscribe from the list,
    B) Get a Password Reminder, or
    C) Change subscription options
    
if you will simply enter the e-mail address by which you subscribed to
this list in the single field to the left of the "Unsubscribe or edit
options" button. Then, you will be taken to another page that allows you
to choose what to do.

Try it out, it works, generally.
