rangeset_set_style?

Hello all,

I may have the need to set not only the color for a rangeset but the
font style too. So I thought about a new function that can set a spec.
style to a rangeset. Has somebody thought about this too? Is it possible?

PS:

For those asking for what I may this need:

I was planning to open man pages in nedit (yo, this is the simple part,
and I do this already very long) but want to preserve the font styles
from the man page, like bold, italic, underline, ...
Because a normal syntax hightlightning will not work, I stumble over the
rangesets. the plan is to search for these patterns, replace it with the
readable text and apply a range with a special style to the replaced text.
