NEdit problem in Mandriva 2007/KDE

As Lester pointed out, we talked about this before. Lubos Lunak (who
seems to be somehow related to Klipper development) said what I
interpret as "It's not Klipper's fault, but it's fixed in KDE 3.5.2"
(http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=129994).

So the interesting question is: What version of KDE do you use?
