Yes, I'm mostly working on rather small open source projects (a good
deal of them written _only_ by me) - I didn't go for the professional
programmer's career with being engaged in large-scale (commercial)
projects for the sake of keeping the fun in programming for me.
So, it may be that I have some idealistic views on how people can code
together, but I think that from time to time, you should try to keep the
hope alive...
