copy paste problem

This applies only if you try to copy and paste between nedit and
some other program. (Which necessarily fails if the other program
doesn't use the xclipboard, for instance if it isn't an X client.) 

If you stay inside nedit, lesstif is surely not the source of the
problem. I would call a lesstif version where you couldn't copy
and paste inside nedit unusable.
