Auto-scroll not working in 5.5RC1 - FIXED

The thing is, if the buffer scrolls in reaction to mouse clicks you get 
a really annoying effect -- if you try to select a word near the 
bottom/top of screen then the buffer jumps away after your first click. 
  Having the buffer scroll when you click would be really annoying. ;^)  
Maybe the docs could be more clear about this but I figured anybody 
using the feature for a little while would get the idea.
