"Warn on Exit" setting not working when more than one window is open

Hi,
Even though I un-set the warning "On Exit" (Preferences -> Default
Settings -> Warnings -> On Exit), I still get a warning dialog that
says "Close ALL documents in this window?" (the "ALL" is capitalized
in the dialog) when:
1. I have more than one window open for a single instance of nedit.
2. The window I'm closing has several open files (tabs).
3. I try to close the window by double-clicking the window control
(the little horizontal bar at the upper left corner of the window).

I don't get this message if I close using Ctrl-W or Ctrl-Q.

I'm using version 5.5RC1 on Linux (the binary version which can be
downloaded from the site).
