NEdit 5.5rc1, cygwin version

I forgot to mention that accelerator keys work after showing the
Window Background menu. I used a cvs snapshot of Lesstif later than
93.94 (Cygwin/X seems still to use 93.91) after constantly running
it for many weeks and not seeing any stability problems.
