In the whois info it also says 'Status:AUTORENEWPERIOD', although I
think that if the registration fee is not paid, the domain will
eventually be deleted.

This has probably been asked before, but has anyone tried getting the
domain transfered from Metrolink or whoever ended up with control over
nedit.org?
