I started from the "pure" help.ext to fix some errors and add
missing descriptions. The BugTracker entry is opened to fix errors
before 5.6 will be released.

I like Jörg's patch, it is important to put the action routines in
good order. I think, both patches can be merged(?) but in the
BugTracker, not in the PatchTracker. The PatchTracker contains
many nice patches most of which are "doomed to death" because
of their undefined status.
