Question about new filename_dialog

Hi,

I have a new CVS snapshot and wonder a bit about the filename_dialog
function. Try the following simple macro

t = filename_dialog("New File", "new")
dialog(t)


If I choose a file that already exists a dialog pops up telling me
that the file already exists and if it is ok to overwrite it. Now,
if I choose yes, it takes almost 10 seconds until I can go on. I
thought already nedit would hang. Why does this take so long?
