I've tested it, and used it a bit, and came up with a couple corrections.
The corrections are in the attached file.

Also, I added your name as the maintainer (see README pattern). Would

Sure.  Is there any way I can make changes to my highlighting file once it's
on there server?

I attached an altered pattern file.  I changed the copyright name to my real
name and fixed a couple nits with the highlighter.  I'm also wondering if my
email address should be mentioned in there.  I probably won't check this
mailing list much after this, so it would be best if people who want changes
to the D syntax highlighting were to email me directly.
