Summary: Tab Tooltip are stubborn sometimes

Initial Comment:
I sometimes have the effect that the tab tooltips don't
get undisplayed if my mouse pounter leaves the tab. In
these cases, I have to switch active document to get
rid of the offending tooltip.
I don't know how to reliably recreate this, but it happens
often enough to be annoying.

I use the RC1 binary on Debian Sarge.

Here I get it w/ a 100% reproducible scenario:
*click* a tab handle and leave the mouse pointer over it, until you get
the tooltip (several seconds here). That's it, that tooltip is sticky and
won't go away automatically.

It's important that the focus is set on the tab handle then you click or
hover no other tab handle, otherwise the tooltip won't be sticky. Hovering
tab handles in other conditions won't reproduce the issue.

To get rid of the tooltip, mouse the mouse away from the tab handle, then
hover the tab handle again until you get the tooltip, now it's a non-sticky
one.

Tested w/ Nedit 5.5 (Aug 29, 2006), Fedora Core 5 openmotif 2.3.

The error is still here with my patched version of NEdit
using Debian Sarge's OM 2.2.3.
