documentation mistakes

Hi,

the command shell setting was changed, however the help doesn't
reflect this everywhere. From "Shell Commands and Filters":

The X resource called nedit.shell (See "Customizing NEdit")
determines which Unix shell is used to execute commands. The
default value for this resource is /bin/csh.

This is just how it used to be. Moreover from "Default Settings
Menu":

   Select Shell...
   ^^^^^^
Set the shell used to run programs from the shell_command() macro
function and from the Shell menu. This defaults to the user's login
   shell.

The menu name is Command Shell.

Unrelated to this there is a typo: "inter- line spacing" should be
well I don't know, is it "interline spacing" or "interlinear space"?
A question for a native English speaker.

Cheers,
Jörg
